Are you or someone you know in need of assistance?
Clients may receive food once per month and must be a resident of Fond du Lac County. They will be required to provide proof of identification (preferably photo ID) for all members of the household as well as proof of current address for all members of the household on their first visit. There are income guidelines set by both the federal and state government for which we need to provide statistics on a regular basis.
Clients, on a return visit to the pantry will only need to provide proof of identification, again, preferably a photo ID for the household member who is picking up food that day. Once in our system, returning clients will be asked to return during their designated week. We are doing this for two reasons; it helps with staffing so that we do not have 1500 households show up on the 1st of every month and it also helps with having a sufficient supply of food every week for our clients to choose from.
Pantry schedule and office hours are subject to change. See hours in the footer below or contact us with any questions or concerns at 920-322-0369. If there is no answer, leave a message. Our volunteer team checks and answers messages multiple times per day.
