We are deeply grateful to Bob and Julie Kissinger of Burdocks & Rust for opening their gardens to the public and inviting donations for the pantry. Thanks to their generosity, we received over 303 pounds of food and a generous gift of $11,895.
The care they put into their gardens mirrors the care they have shown our community. As Bob said, “Everyone has their way of giving back, and this is our way of doing so.” By welcoming others into their space, they inspired remarkable generosity that will nourish and sustain many in need.
